| The first owner for my Alfa was Hoffman
Motor Car Company New York USA. It was official importer
of Alfa Romeo. I don't know who bought this car from them
and where the owner lived/lives. Under the seat was a
Chevron bill from Napa and it was dated 1964. Last
license plates were California plates and the last tax
mark was from 1973. The plates were blue/yellow, so it
means that they weren't first plates (should have be
black/yellow). The title was from California and dated 25th
March 1999. That was the date when Mr Stolze bought the
car.
Here are some notifications:
- Last plates are California plates
and last tax mark is year 1973
- There is sticker under the hood, which
tell that all fluids has been changed 400 miles earlier
- The engine
didn't rotate, but engine is remarkable clean even inside. Exhaust manifold hasn't tightened
and exhaust pipe hasn't fitted to manifold.
- Rear of trunk lid is badly rusty.
- There is only surface rust in bottom of trunk.
- Floor is rust free.
- All chromes has been thick green layer and should rechromed.
- Driver side seat is wrong colour (blue/white) and passanger seat
is broken but original colour (black with red piping).
- In the trunk and engine compartment and hidden parts in cabine are original
colour (Farina white).
- Original sound proof in the floor still left.
